Where do all the lines go? (The White Knight Collection)
'White Knight X'
'White Knight X' is created by the tessellation of the original 'White Knight IX'. The perspective structure used in 'White Knight IX' allows you it illustrate one eighth of our environment, however, what happens when you want to represent more than one eighth? Can you use the same structure?
Four separate images were used and aligned to form a circle, where the perimeter of the circle represents the horizon line.

Artist's Comments - 'White Knight X'
I have always found 'Circular Perspective Structures' fascinating, how their curved lines perfectly belong to the circle in which they are framed. The qualities of this structure can allow the representation of entire environments and enable you to do this seamlessly. This structure is a crucial element and has a rightful place in any of my collections.
The structure used to create 'White Knight IX' can only be tessellated to form a circle which represents half of the total environment ('White Knight X') and an additional second outer structure is needed to show the rest. 'White Knight XI' represents a complete environment and incorporates both structures.
